Motus Physiotherapy & Performance
About our Company
At Motus Physiotherapy and Performance, we believe that quality physiotherapy goes beyond just treating symptoms - it’s about empowering individuals to move better, feel stronger and live fuller lives. My name is Lewis Anderson and I am the owner and sole physiotherapist of Motus.
My journey into physiotherapy began with a lifelong love of movement. From an early age, I was drawn to gymnastics, an experience that not only challenged me physically but sparked a deep curiosity about the body’s capabilities and the science of movement. This passion led me to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy - laying the foundation for a career dedicated to health, function and performance.
What sets Motus apart is the holistic and personalized approach to care. We understand first hand how pain, injury or dysfunction can disrupt daily life - whether it’s keeping you from doing the activities you love, impacting your work or simply making movement uncomfortable. That’s why every treatment plan at Motus is built around you: your story, your body and your goals. Motus tailors each session to meet your individual needs and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
At Motus, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and approachable environment where questions are encouraged and goals are shared. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain or aiming to improve performance, Motus is here to help you get back to doing what you love - better than before.
